"The hotel is very clean and close to the city center which was great. The problem is the room is very small which is somewhat normal in Italy but the balcony was 3 times bigger then the room and when it’s raining a lot there is not much to do when the tv has only one station in English then the tv stopped working the last 2 days . They should at least have a smart tvs so you can watch Netflix or something else. "

"If you need a hotel with stunning views and great access to the cable car, this is the place. The staff's response is immediate. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. Because of this, even tipping the staff was not an issue. Water was replenished every day. The only downside I would suggest is that they should consider organizing additional wine tastings on-site.Beach view fantastic "
