「Clean room friendly staff」

「Facing the Atlantic Ocean, I can hear the sound of waves lulling me to sleep at night, which helps me sleep very well. While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it's highly recommended for those who enjoy tranquility. The room is very new, with many amenities just replaced, though it lacks some electrical appliances like a hairdryer and kettle, perhaps because it has just opened. The staff's service is exceptional, always there to assist me.」

「Great place to stay. Conveniently located near the beach and red hook. There is always a taxi available quickly to take you anywhere if you don’t want to make the walk. 」

「Upon arrival there was no-one to greet you or to find to help you! I took one look at the place I knew I wouldn't be staying there. It smelt of urine and was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even bother looking at my room.」

「Ce n’est pas un hôtel, comme indiqué sur Expédia : pas de réception, pas de piscine, mais une simple maison. La propriétaire a « manqué notre réservation » : donc logement pas préparé à notre arrivée. Puis elle parle de vérifier si nous avons réservé la formule avec petit déjeuner, alors qu’Expedia affiche que le petit déjeuner est compris… A noter aussi que la terrasse devant la maison ( côté mer) est celle du restaurant voisin.」

「Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. 「Had an absolutely amazing time. Mirabel and Pablo were the best hosts. The food was delicious and you feel more like famly than just a guest. The views of the mountains and peeks of the oceen were spectacular. Very quiet and relaxing. 」
