「The hotel was very nice. The day staff were excellent. The night lady was pretty crusty. Asked her for a wine opener at the bar which is attached to reception. Was told “My co worker went to a party and didn’t show up and I dont know where it is. The next night we caught her with the opener in her hand and reluctantly let us open our wine bottle. 」

「Nice man at the front desk! The room was something amazing like fit for a royal family! So gorgeous and clean and spacious! And I love La'occitane products and they have it in the bathroom! Huge windows! I want to go back there soon!」

「We had a fantastic weekend staying at the Sheraton Sopot. The Friday night Italian buffet was delightful, and the live music set a perfect tone for the weekend. All the staff were very helpful, and the spa was amazing, especially since it was -15 degrees outside. Thank you for a truly lovely weekend!」

「We had a great stay in the 4 bedroom apartment – it was clean and spacious. The only downside was that it had just one bathroom, which wasn't ideal for our group. The spa area was fantastic – very relaxing, with great facilities and a calm atmosphere. Plus excellent massage services. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Overall, a lovely place to unwind – we’d definitely come back. 」

「Stayed 6 nights. Apartment easy to find. Good location for beach and Town centre. Access difficult with lots of different keys and locks to master. Key lock on apt wall difficult to use and could not get it opened to leave the keys on leaving. Apartment very spacious and clean. Furnishings were basic and the kitchen facilities could have been better. No washing detergent for pots and no kitchen towel. Oven had no grill and there was not a toaster. 「Staff are excellent and kind. Even though I booked by hotels.com, the officer told me that they saw «expedia» on the screen, and they don’t see three people. But they immediately solved the problem and helped us. Recommeded for families; silent and extremely clean.」

「Fantastic hotel within walking distance of main square, set in lush forest. The staff went out of their way to help us and set aside a room for our bikes. There were flexible with breakfast, opening up early so we could get to our bike races and opened up the bar late so we could have a drink!」
