服务很差

服务很差，前台入住等了50分钟才拿到房卡。餐厅上菜很慢。房间所有的英文台电视都看不了。早餐比半年前差了不少。感觉酒店主要迎接低端游客。

Helpful Staff

My wife and I stayed at Anantara for our trip to Emeishan and Leshan. Almost all the staff members spoke English and were very helpful in getting us transportation to everything we wanted to do on our trip.

Nice hotel in the region

nice hotel, but for the standard of a 5 star hotel, the room was not very clean.

Probably the best hotel you will find in Leshan/ Emei region

We arrived at the hotel very late at night, there were several staff still waiting at the front desk, provided us w/ warm tea while checking in. Took a golf cart to another building where our room is, (it was a few hundred metres from the hotel main building. A bit chilli if its winter time), it was a two-storey building and we did not see any elevators. Staff carried our luggage upstairs on foot. Our room was spacious and comes w/ a balcony, seem very quiet and peaceful probably also due to our check in time was late. Breakfast buffet was great. It wasnt a wide selection compare to some other same level hotels but I have to admit the production was fine. Both mom and I had a very pleasant meal. Staff were also very diligent and helpful. It was a very brief stay indeed but we would definately wanna come back again. looking forward to explore more of this resort next time.

Ruhepol in Emei Shan

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Vermittelt Ruhe und Luxus im hektischen China. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Große und schöne Zimmer, wunderschöne Anlage mit Seen und Gärten. Hotel ist relativ neu und demzufolge existieren noch einige Kinderkrankheiten und Trainingspotentiale für Mitarbeiter. Zum Beispiel im Bereich Sauberkeit, das (sehr schöne) Schwimmbad war nur teilweise in Betrieb, die Bar wird von angelernten Kräften betreut, Weinkeller war noch nicht eröffnet. Aber unter dem Strich ein sehr lohnenswerter Stop.

Très bel hôtel neuf dans un parc superbe. Chambre très agréable avec une décoration moderne et sympathique. La nourriture n'est pas du tout adaptée aux clients occidentaux, que de la cuisine chinoise et très épicée. L'hôtel n'a pas encore reçu l'autorisation de chance, ce qui nous a causé un problème.
