Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast/brunch buffet was amazing with tons of selections for dessert. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in Toulouse.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Every one of your staff were friendly and helpful.
Our only minor disappointment was that the bacon in hot buffet was always very crispy, which is not how we like it. It looked like it had been kicking around for a while.
Otherwise, we had an excellent stay with you.
