「Staff are very very friendly and wonderfully ! But some of equipment in the room is not really ready ! Some guest on upstairs smoking on the terrace , some cigarette ash fell onto our terrace !」

「房間寬躺及乾淨！我係即日預訂及入住！錯誤地去咗Mini guesthouse 樓下嘅cafe 辨checkin, 侍應帶我去正確嘅門口及一般情況房門應該有我嘅名及key;可能我係即叫即住，不久民宿主人出現，介紹房間設施及附近景點！並讓我使用洗衣機！房間有咖啡機及capsule 、水煲及茶包、雪櫃、餐具、電視⋯距離火車站10-15分鐘步程」

「In general it was good, clean and staff very nice. Breakfast simple, is a continental breakfast, you get full. I don't smoke and I noticed people smoked inside of the property. My view was parking view wirh partial mountain. Bathroom very nice, room confortable. Is no closet, where you hang clothes is limited just for few items. Winter jackets to be hang is difficult due the low height. Furnitue old but is a cute property.」

「This hotel went beyond expectations! The staff was so nice and the hotel was spectacular. From fancy dining to enjoying a nice sauna session. The rooms felt homey and were so comfortable and the wood work was amazing, along with fancy room amenities. The view from my room was beautiful and the town is quiet. 」

「Just amazing. 400 m from the Violetts Gondola and they still offer a shuttle to the lifts. The staff are incredible. A beautiful welcome, smiles and genuine hospitality. The breakfast is sensational and dining first class. The views from the room takes your breath away and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a gem and massively added to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you to all. 」
