Property is well located for ski in and ski out and accommodation was very comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place bad checkout.

Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done.

Never a 4 star property. We arrived mid-afternoon and the reception was closed. Not just the reception desk but the entire building. Had to wait outside in the cold with our luggage for over an hour until we were eventually given our key. The apartment is supposed to be for 6, but we struggled for space as a family of 4. There is one toilet but two bathrooms, not ideal. You are required to clean the kitchen and strip beds prior to departure. There is no where to get a drink, not even a coffee, even if there was the reception building is closed most of the day. Safe to say we won’t be rushing back.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, allerdings vermissten wir ein paar Teile in der Küchenausstattung: zweites Schneidbrett, Eierbecher, Flaschenöffner. Wärmedämmung lässt auch bissl zu wünschen übrig. Wenn es draußen -10 Grad hat, schafft es der Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer kaum, das Zimmer auf 22 Grad zu heizen. Gut wiederum war, dass wir kaum störende Geräusche von Nachbarn hörten, die Schalldämmung scheint gut zu sein. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren freundlich, der Brötchenservice ist top, die Baguettes und Croissants schmeckten vorzüglich. Wir haben vor, im nächsten Jahr wieder zu buchen.

Comfortable, clean, well located résidence

This Pierre et Vacances premier Résidence is well located at a peaceful side of Mottaret, with a very convenient funicular to take you from the village to the résidence. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, with clean linen, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and nice little balcony. The early morning breakfast delivery at reception is great (croissants, baguette, pain au chocolate). We made use of the raclette and fondue machines (available from reception), and simply bought the right cheese from the shop downstairs (this is much cheaper than any of the restaurants in the village! The residence is situated on a red slope for ski in and ski out from the door of the ski room. The red slope is quite wide and not particularly difficult for us intermediate skiers (but might be icy in the mornings). This is our second visit at this residence, amd we will surely return again in future. I can not think of any negative aspect that I can mention! Thank you for a great ski week!

Decent apartment

It was a good stay. The apartment is well appointed and generally it is clean. What I find surprising is that we were asked to clean the kitchen, remove bed sheets and towels ourselves at departure. None of these requirements were stated in the booking. The reception staff were nice and efficient, but the experience was slightly spoiled at departure when the reception manager was rather impolite and had a bit of an attitude.

Internal parking too expensive. You should park for free down the gondola. Apartment equipment is perfect (especially in the kitchen). The residence since it’s premium, misses some comfort as sauna or swimming pool or this kind of facilities that are suitable after a ski day

First family holiday in Meribel: recommended

Good self-service apartments almost to hotel level. It is on the slopes, very close and convenient to get to the local shop and restaurants, and a short 5-minute drive from the centre of Meribel. For the price, and for the calibre that it is designed to be, it does the job quite nicely. We'll be coming back and recommending it.

Не первый раз останавливаюсь. Номера хорошие, чистые, тёплые, есть все для приготовления еды. Прямо от корпуса можно на лыжах съехать к подъемникам. Рядом прокаты, супермаркет. Раздражает позднее время предоставления Номера- начиная с 17:00, и выезд - строго в 10:00

Great place to stay

All in all it was a great week at Les Crets. Apartment is well furnished, pretty modern but with a local flair. Kitchen has everything one needs to cook a good dinner, especially considering the overpriced and sometimes mediocre food in local eateries. There are two single beds and king size sofa bed and if that's not enough the twin beds shuffle and another bunk bed comes out. While this is great fow a larger company, its a compromise on comfort when there's only three of you as the twin beds font have the headrest. Another little nitpick would be the quite horrible lighting in the bedroom - just two dim bedside lamps which barely light anything. Aside from that, the location is perfect - open the door, slide down the slope and you're at the lifts.

Great stay, fantastic location, perfect for kids

Overall we had a fantastic stay at Les Crets. Only issue was the elevator to take you into the village centre which was continually breaking down, although not fault of the hotel. Great location and you can ski to the door. Will definitely book again.

Great Space

fantastic space, however very little interaction with staff and when we did it was difficult. I will be returning if you want a place to be independent and wake up looking at the mountain this is for you. One area of improvement would be ventilation in the bathroom.
