Uncomfortable experience

I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.

On avait réservé 2 chambres communicantes spécifiées plus de 4 mois à l’avance et la demande qui m’avait été valide par téléphone non pris en compte! Manque de sécurité car chambre qui ne se verrouille pas! Mauvaise communication avec le personnel car on avait demandé à plusieurs reprises un départ ...
