Everything was super clean and accessible! The only reason I do 4/5 stars is because I was never sent a link to check in which became really confusing upon arrival, but once that was settled everything was great! I will say tho be prepared for the stairs haha!

There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI. It said cleaning stuff would be coming to check it in the morning. ...
