Sauberes Hotel zu kleine Zimmer.

Sauberes Hotel aber das Bett ist nicht akzeptabel. Das Bett sollte erneuert werden, die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern im Internet. Nachdem das Zimmer gereinigt wurde wird einfach noch abgeschlossen.Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein für den relativen hohen Preisen. Immerhin sind die Bergbahnen inklusive.

Wir sind Enttäuscht

Wir waren leider enttäuscht, WC und Duschboden waren kalt. Mussten einen elektrischen Ofen verlangen, sehr viele Spinnennetz an der LED Beleuchtung und Feuermelder. TV hatten wir nur zwei Sender, mussten nachfragen, danach hatten wir mehr Sender. Ein checken war nicht vor 15:00 Uhr möglich, bei Hotel.com und Hotel Intern stand 14:00uhr. In der zweiten Nacht hatten wir einen um 2:00 Uhr Brandalarm, leider war das Dispositiv alles andere als gut. Nach ca. 45Minuten, konnten wir in die Zimmer zurück. Am Morgen kam keine Entschuldigung des Wirtepaars, für ein 3 Stern Hotel unglaublich.

es war im grossen und ganzen gut das zimmer war leider sehr sehr klein für ca. chf 150.00 pro nacht. abgesehen davon haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ein solbad ist neben dem hotel das fanden wir auch super.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Hôtel agréable, de petite taille, petit déjeuner OK. Situation: un peu excentré pour qui voyage sans voiture, mais à deux pas des bains! Le centre de Lenk est somme toute à 5-6 min à pied. Seuls bémols: isolation phonique de la chambre, le lit grince trop et le wi-fi n'était pas efficace.

Super herzliches Hotel --> gerne wieder!

Super herziges Hotel, klein aber fein und sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Gutes regionales Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer eher klein aber herzig und reichen vollkommen aus. Gut erreichbar zu Fuss vom Dorfzentrum. Neues Hallenbad mit Sauna und Kinder-Plantschbecken wenige Meter entfernt.

Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten (Flächen, Schränke) sind für Personen mit Wintersportausrüstung eher bescheiden. Ich würde wieder das Hotel buchen.

Skiurlaub

Hotel ist ok, sehr sauber, guter Service. Ruhige und gute Lage. Zimmer 10 ist neu renoviert, aber für zwei Personen mit Skikleider relativ klein. Grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet , sehr gutes Essen. Cool ist die kostenlose Kaffeebar für Hotelgäste.

Svært hyggelig hotellpersonale og helt ok rom i seg selv. Stort pluss for dobbel verandadør og balkong med herlig utsikt over det Sveitsiske praktlandskapet. 5 minutters spasertur til Lenk sentrum og ca.10 minutter til togstasjon om du tar toget. Minuset må være dårlig lydissolerte rom.( vi hadde svært bråkete naboer over oss). Sluket i dusjen var fullt av hår,noe jeg mislikte svært! Ellers flott hotell! Bra frokost og rimelig!

- Sehr sauberes Familienhotel am Dorfrand. Ca. 5 Minuten ins Dorfzentrum. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir hatten ein neu modern renoviertes Zimmer, einziger Minuspunkt bei unserem Aufenthalt war, dass die Toilette keine Schiebetüre hatte.(Zimmer 25). Wir würden aber wieder dorthin gehen wenn wir in der Gegend sind.
