"The room hasn't been updated in a long time. The room was clean but there were a few things upon arriving that were broken. The tv was very small and didn't have the smart tv options to watch Netflix or other steaming sites. The bar was friendly."

When we called for help we were offered a plunger and mop to clean the room ourselves, because the staff member explained he was the only one working. I ultimately asked for another room, in the process of the move the staff threw out our takeout from the fridge. "

"The bathroom toilet did not flush. My husband had to fix the chain twice! It was very disgusting ! The bathtub , I needed a step stool just to get into the tub to take a shower!! I’m only 6 ft and the tub was ridiculously high!! Also the tv didn’t work. Talk to the young gentleman at the front desk and the only thing he said was “ I will talk to my manager “. I will Never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there!"
