「Poor communication and customer service. We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room. 「The photos and description bore zero resemblance to the reality see photos - I suspect they were AI generated. There was no cottage! It was a run down mobile home with a dirty outside bathtub. It was damp and smelled of smoke, with a non working fridge and no smoke alarm. The only positive was that the shower pressure and temperature was ok. I have reported the listing to expedia so hopefully they will take it down ASAP.」
