Had a bad experience from point of arrival where hotel's office somehow did not update the hotel of my prior booking (despite earlier receiving an email confirmation)...it was frustrating as it already took us 1plus hours from Pokhara and very very bad and dangerous road conditions...and then told to wait since no booking was known. After the wait, was given probably the worse room with zero view...it was supposed to be our highlight of the trip to see the view from the hill top. imagine the frustration...after our persistence, we changed rooms (which we were earlier told as not available). One needs to also be very patient with the restaurant as it took us another 1hr (approximate) to get our dinner served. All in...it was frustrating...luckily, we did get to see the beautiful sunrise view amidst the mountain which softened the frustration...but the level of customer service needs to be seriously improved for the price paid...
