The hostel / hotel is on the edge of an industrial estate which is isn’t particularly attractive however just a short walk is lovely little village. I travelled solo with a dog and found this a very good place to stay. The supermarket underneath the hostel is very good too. OneKey usage and a really good communication with reception made this an enjoyable stay.

Modern clean hostel, difficult to park though.

No parking other than what you can find yourself nearby, keycode entry or internet link to open lift and rooms so you need a smart phone ideally to use the hostal. Nice clean rooms and hassle free stay. Free coffee on arrival.

Don’t be put off by the outside it’s about each Dia shop. The hotel is modern and clean, rooms are spacious good value for money it’s on the edge of an industrial estate but 2 minutes walker into a great village with plenty of bars restaurants and shops the staff are very helpful and speak English

Surprise à l arrivée, l impression d être dans une cité...mais aucun souci avec la voiture, très bon rapport qualité prix ( lit en 140)...et la taverne de brigitzia dans le village à découvrir 😍

Belle découverte de Leitza

Agréable découverte d'un très beau village Basque dans un environnement magnifique pour faire de la randonnée. L'hôtel est situé tout proche du centre-ville à pied. Parking au pied de L'hôtel. L'accès est facilité à toute heure par l'envoi de code d'accès par WhatsApp. Contacts en français par messagerie et en anglais au comptoir. La chambre était très spacieuse. Leitza se trouve à 38 km de San Sebastian ce qui m'a permis d'y passer une journée.

El personal muy amable y atento. Pero el estado del hostal deja mucho que desear, no funcionaban la mitad de las luces, telarañas en la habitación, la mampara de la ducha rota, en general falta de mantenimiento y limpieza.

El registro muy rapido, lo hicimos aunque no era la hora marcada y no hubo ningun problema. Super amables en todo momento. La unica pega, que hacia un poco de calor en la habitacion, el aire acondicionado, aunque estaba a tope no enfriaba nada, pero no fue mucho problema. Supongo que en verano será peor. El sistema automatico de codigos funcionó super bien.

Buena estadía!!!

La atención y el servicio muy bueno, te ofrecen bebidas de cortesía como Cafe, te, leche y agua tienen un microondas a tu disposición en la recepción. Se podría mejorar Los colchones, pero la calidad precio está bien y que tengan las entradas por código esta genial. Volvería sin dudarlo.

En lineas generales hemos estado bien. El recepcionista fue muy servicial y agradable. Lo que va bastante mal es el Internet y sería bueno arreglar la humedad del baño. La relación calidad & precio es buena.

Buen precio y ubicación pero el colchon de la cama me ha impedido dormir durante 3 noches, muy estrecho y de muelles !!, no he dormido tan mal en tiempo, Moho en la pared del baño y en la de la habitación, en 3 dias no han cambiado toallas ni han recogido la papelera..
