"I booked the place and then saw the reviews about the bedbugs and called to cancel immediately there was no way I was going to start in a bug infested place with my family. The front desk gentleman was so rude to me and told me to cancel my own reservation and I asked him about the bed bugs and he confirmed it and still gave me a hard time about canceling! Run fast away from them"
