They clean the room only once in three days. They even do not change wet towels unless you specifically ask them to do it, and even if you ask, they often fail to do it.
They said that this cleaning policy is for protecting the environment, but I felt that it is just an excuse to reduce the service and cut the running cost.
The people at the reception have a busy shift schedule, so you rarely see the same person. When your request was not properly done, they never apologize. They only tell you that you talked to a different stuff, and he or she did not know about it, and so s/he was not responsible.
