"After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? The shared bathroom, toilet paperless, was dingy and poorly lit. Some photoshop trickery must have been used for the pics of the place. "Lovely hotel, absolutely stunning. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough. Our room was in Rock House, a little annex and really comfortable and had every facility we could want. Just a ten minute walk into Grange-over-Sands. "

"Room 122 was a lovely big room the bed was very comfortable it could have done with a floor length mirror . The bathroom had a shower only and a small sink with no shelves to put your cosmetics on . Lovely hotel we have stayed here many times. "
