The property has good bones, but it looks like a maintenance team has not touched it for the past 2 years. The pool was clean, but the area surrounding it had no chairs and appeared to be under construction. There was a used toilet brush on the stairs leading up to the pool, the light fixture in the seating area was visibly sparking. In the room, sheets were stained and A/C did not work. The outdoor shower had heavy buildup and sprayed water in every direction but down. This property could be beautiful it was maintained but it hasn't been and there not worth anyone's money.

Run down, poor condition. Aircon broken, was promised a fix but never happened. Everything is neglected and seems given up on. Linen smells musty and unclean. Really bad and was going to leave but nothing else available at the time

Don't get me wrong the villas are nice but when we came in to what was supposed to be a cleaned room our sheets were stained with blood... the staff was almost never at front desk. The website says there's a restaurant but there is not a single one on the property or even near by. Total clickbait

Booked this place on the strength of the good reviews but had an extremely bad and stressful experience staying here. In short, the place has gone downhill and is not being properly looked after or maintained. We booked a 'secluded private villa' but it backed onto a noisy construction site, where hammering, drilling and sawing go on from the early hours until late at night. If you use the outdoor shower you will be watched by several construction workers. The place isn't properly maintained or safe. Our front door came off it's hinges. Curtains would not close properly. Stray dogs constantly entered our property even when the gate was locked. Our air conditioner broke twice, flooding the villa with water, and later I was electrocuted. It's a falling apart mess. The staff were kind and tried their best to help us. I feel sorry for them, as the owner of the property is clearly negligent and taking money from guests even though this place is NOT currently fit to be in operation. I saw several other guests getting angry with staff and cancelling their bookings. This place ruined my trip to Bali as I spent so much time trying to deal with these problems, I wasn't able to get out and see the sights. In the end they denied me a refund. Do not book here. I wish I had spent 3 times the price to go somewhere that was run by an ethical owner. It's wrong to take guests money and scam them like this.

L’hébergement est vraiment beau, avec une piscine offrant une superbe vue. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentif, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Vous pouvez même profiter de massages sur place, ce qui est un vrai plus. Cependant, la connexion Wi-Fi laisse à désirer : elle est très instable et plante fréquemment. De plus, l’eau chaude est souvent insuffisante, et il n’y a pas de restaurant à proximité, ce qui vous oblige à prendre la voiture ou le scooter pour chaque repas.

This was good value at the discount we got for 7 nights. Property is older but nice, the private pool was excellent! You do need your own transportation or use Grab etc, we rented a motor scooter to get around. Melasti and Pandawa beaches are nice and we were here for a wedding so it was very convenient for us. We did have to eat out or order in. Overall we were happy with the stay.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff

Really well kept single villas with a beautiful bed (super comfy). It was quiet and relaxed however clearly not very busy so it lacked atmosphere. The booking said there was a restaurant but on arrival this was clearly under renovation. We were told breakfast would be brought to our rooms and we got to pick each evening before. However, it was delivered in takeaway packaging without cutlery therefore ordered from nearby. I would recommend just getting your own breakfast when going out- although it is quite far from shops/restaurants.
