Staff was friendly and welcoming 24/7. I never had to open any door myself in the lobby. I felt safe and it was clean. Location isn’t noisy at all. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for an exceptional price.

There was no mention that they do not have parking on site. We were not happy to learn this at check in. They simply said we would need to find public parking or street parking. This was not convenient at all for our family especially on a game day.
The room was not in the best shape. Not what we would expect from a Hyatt property. The shower was discolored and missing grout in many areas. Walls and blinds had damage.
The positives were the friendly staff and location.

Best 1 night stay ever. Jacuzzi was perfect for 2. Views are incredible. Town is very quiet and nice. Definitely make sure you have your breaks checked before you drive there though. It’s almost all downhill and curvy. Breaks smelled like they were ready to burst into flames when we arrived lol.
