"Great hotel. Comfy bed. great espresso in room from Portland Coffee Roasters. Craft Brew Happy Hour from 5p-6p (free!) oh and unlimited pinball downstairs on the way to the well appointed gym. No food onsite, but many great options in walking distance. Pro-tip: park in the US Bank Garage for $18/night. I've recently stayed in 3 boutique hotels in downtown Portland. this is my favorite so far, and may stop trying new ones out after this. Great staff, super friendly and cool."

"The section I was assigned to was an older room that had been upgraded. The street light was directly outside the window and the drapes were too thin to block the light. The bathroom light was connected to the very LOUD fan which you could hear from other rooms. Air conditioning. And on and off like most upgraded hotel/motels. The $12 credit was laughable. Absolutely nothing that I would eat or use, cup of noodles and Rice Krispie treats? Seriously. It was cheap as I was on a quick trip, but would not recommend."

"In my 32 years of life, I have never had another guest try to access my room with a key card that was given from the front desk. Somehow guest services managed to check in, around 4am, another guest with my room number as I was staying at their property this past weekend. My 5-year-old daughter and I were terrified as we thought someone was there to break into our room while we slept. Although my valet parking was waived, I have yet to see a refund for my stay that was discussed with the manager. I will not be staying here again nor recommending this property to my family and/or friends. That is a HUGE safety issue for guests that I feel someone should be held accountable because the system should have shown I was checked in the previous night for the entire weekend."
