Disgusting, The landlord double booked

he blamed Expedia and did not even care to phone us back knowing we had nowhere to stay for the booking we had as he had booked in other guests after our confirmation through bb. It ruined our Leeds trip Expedia where hopeless adding to the stress also and the Graduation celebration was ruined as a result. The guests that had taken our place told us they had no hot water for the shower and he had offered them no assistance with that also. I am told he has 27 properties and y suggest you avoid him completely.
