Had to call over 10 times before finally getting through to someone to tell me where the b&b was and how to get in. Paid for an en suite room as i dont like sharing bathrooms with people but when I arrived he told me there was no en suite rooms and i had to stay in a shared bathroom room for a night with a refund promised for the extra i paid. STILL NO REFUND 2 WEEKS LATER!!! Not even a word from the owners. Not getting an en suite was really disappointing considering thats the only reason i had booked. Would definitely ask if the rooms are available before you book even if it says on expedia! For this reason i wont be back.

There is no sign indicating it's a hotel . I had to call for somebody to come to hand me the key to the room. I left straight away because it didn't look clean to me.
