"Hotel conditions is great and it is pet friendly "

"I've stayed at this property a few times in the last few years. Glad to see that the property has undergone a makeover of several rooms. The wardrobe in my room needed an adjustment to the door would not close and it was brand new. There was an issue with the faucet not being secured to the counter. I mentioned both to the staff and it was taken care of. I figured it was an issue of contractor installation during renovation. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we are in town."

"I really enjoyed our time at the Lani Kai. The beach was clean and easy to get to. The restaurants attached to the resort were nice. I did not like paying for parking and thought that should be more apparent when booking. The facility we spoke to was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone coming to the area. "

"For the Price, this was a great place to stay. We were on the fourth floor of the main area and the tiki bar was very loud, but the band was good. The bar and pool area were pretty crowded the entire time we were there. Our room was very large. The bed was comfortable, and we had a shared outdoor area on either side of the room."

"Nice clean and quiet room and nicest of the hotels we stayed in during our 7 days in Florida. I especially like that the furniture in our room had a built in spot for a suitcase. Buffet was typical and the coffee bar was really nice with freshly ground coffee for each cup."
