Very cold unfriendly staff didnt want to know us, and nothing worked in the room, no tv or fan/heater, noisy, not allowed wifi in room, jesus we paid enough, felt very ripped off here, used, not friendly scottish people they were different

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich mit tollem Ausblick auf den See, der gleich vor dem Fenster ist. Es ist ein bisschen abgelegen, aber mit einem Restaurant und sogar einer Kitchenette mit einem Herd, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich. Obwohl es geregnet hat, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Internet ist lediglich im Inn verfügbar. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Great motel just in front of a loch. Stunning views. Pub next door where you can have dinner. Very friendly owners. Superb room, incredibly clean and well appointed. Out of the way but that is exactly what we wanted. Would love to visit again.

Only a few rooms, quiet and peaceful in a beautiful location with wonderful hosts, kitchen, views, and a nice pub. Extraordinarily delicious, simple fare, made in house. Beyond reasonably priced.

We have found the Scots on our tour so fair to be very friendly and helpful. Here however, we were not greeted warmly upon Check-in. No room instructions were given, and no dinner was served, which we had to reserve two weeks in advance. We had received an email about this. The staff relies on the instructions in the email and is not flexible. The Internet is poor and does not reach the room. Televisions Programms frequently lose signal and are unwatchable. A wonderful location by the water and the room was weil-equipped. We would not return due to the unfriendly staff. Furthermore, the price for the overnight stay is very high.

To be honest, the description "motel" had filled me with some trepidation. It was unnecessary. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful responding to queries I had pre-visit about accessibility and food options for a coeliac. I would recommend this place.

The landlords (Sue and Craig) were exceptional hosts … the property is located in an amazing location … the surrounding area is full of interesting activities … and if the weather cooperates, the dark sky star watching is truly amazing … we will definitely visit again , and would whole heartedly recommend this place … a great visit 10 out of 10 …

Everything was absolutely perfect, beautiful setting with views of the water, beds were really comfy and slept really well , it was just so peaceful. We had dinner & breakfast in the Inn next door and the food was all perfectly cooked and cooked to order, I can highly recommend the Venison burger which was so tasty, my Son had the Chilli and he said it was the best chilli he had ever eaten. Our room was well equipped , very clean and we had views of the water which was lovely to wake up to. There was seating outside which was a bonus to sit and view the stars at night. We couldn't fault our stay and we will definitely come back next year and spend more time here. Our hosts obviously work extremely hard to make sure their guests have a relaxing stay. Thankyou so much and look forward to staying with you for longer in 2025
