「This was one of our favourite places we stayed. Very peaceful location vlose by to many towns and hikes. The staff were very friendly and even within our short stay we were always greeted by the staff who remembered our drink order and asked us if we would like our drinks upon returning to our stay. Great food, very cute and spacious room! We will definitely be back.」

「There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." (exact wording used) We asked very politely and did not expect such a rude...

「The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this,but it is what it was! 」
