During our stay, we loved the mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the tranquil garden and pool area were perfect. Plus, being so close to Lecce’s historic centre made exploring the area easy.

Beautiful place, attentive staff. The location is a bit remote but does have a nice restaurant, breakfast and another restaurant next door for dining options. However the room should offer some basic amenities such as water and an iron.

The buildings date back as far as 1400 and retains many original features. It is perfectly located in a quiet area within short driving distances to the historic city of Lecce and local beaches. The property has the benefit of a 1 star Michelin restaurant too, and is located close to many other authentic restaurants. The service is impeccable too.

Superb and amazing stay.

A superb stay, beautifully converted Masseria, lovely room with a comfortable bed. Large terrace and superb pool and garden. Secure parking. The staff made it though - so helpful and welcoming -they just could not do enough to assist. A rare find these days. Extra bonus was a great restaurant next door ( separate owner) that offered local food and wines at great prices - we had 2 great meals there. Lovely beaches in 15-30 mins drive depending what you want. Cannot recommend enough!, we hope to be back.

I was not too surr what to expect at this propery from the photos but i tell you this place is amazing with such great vibes, quiet and peaceful. We stayed the the presidential and despite the somewhat challenging stairs, it was far worth the climb. This room was bright, happy, extremely spacious with blackout blinds, balcony and much appreciated ammenities. The breakfast…no words for this very tasty and generous breakfast with perfect presentation and service. Truly a great property…I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Masseria Francescani is an unbelievably quiet, tranquil and relaxing place to stay. It felt like we were the only guests at time enjoying our own Masseria with their wonderful staff. The food options are limited but there’s much to explore in Lecce only a few miles away. Recommend renting a car. Great place for a short break.

Masseria time!

Just to let you know we enjoyed our stay at Masseria Francescani. Today we did the cheese lab and farm tour at Masseria Cinque Santi. FANTASTIC!! Not only an immersive experience in the country side of Puglia, very illustrative and rich! Antonio our guide explained everything in perfect English and took time for questions while we made cheese and understood the process, Lidia the owner was very friendly also Recommended 110%!

Atendimento e cafe da manhã excelente. Toalhas de banho poderiam ser mais grossas e o quarto que ficamos era diferente do que eu tinha marcado. Éramos 3 e o quarto tinha 2 andares, e a pessoa que ficou na parte de cima tinha que subir e descer constantemente para poder usar o banheiro. Além disso, o local onde ficava o chuveiro não era de fácil acessibilidade pois ficava dentro de uma banheira que estava no nível abaixo ao nível do piso.

Fantastiskt ställe! Så häftigt att bo på ett ställe vars äldsta delar härstammar från 1500-talet. Möjligen kan restaurangen kännas lite öde, men restaurangen precis bredvid är mysig och hemtrevlig.
