The property itself was nice after you got through the gate. The surrounding area did not feel safe. The bathroom sink had mould around the edges. The TV didn’t work

Très bel endroit mais accueil à améliorer

Très bel endroit et bien situé mais malheureusement un peu déçue par la qualité de l’accueil (très bien au départ puis un peu moins bien ensuite). L’hôte était très sympathique mais n’était pas là au moment du départ et avait « oublié » de nous parler de la taxe de séjour, pour laquelle nous n’avions pas la monnaie. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant, on le prend dans le bar en face qui n’est pas génial et dont le personnel n’est pas très chaleureux, alors que le b&b a un incroyable potentiel (salon de jardin, hall) et pourrait offrir un petit-déjeuner sur place, qui serait beaucoup mieux. Dans la globalité, nous sommes ravies de ce séjour mais étions déçues par le petit-déjeuner et le départ.

Great loation - suite is very large indeed.

Francesca was incredibly pleasant and extremely helpful. The owners were always close buy and very lovely people.Great location and wonderful breakfast.

well situated as it is within easy walking distance of the center. Spacious rooms, albeit a little dated and musty smelling.Limited parking.

Very nice b&b

Very nice b&b, 2 min away from “il centro storico". Giancarlo and his wife were adorable. The ancient house stands in a beautiful park made of rare and magnificent trees. Though comfortable and very clean do not expect the luxury of a 4/5* hotel. Would highly recommend for a special stay

10 Fußminuten ins Zentrum von Lecce, die antike Villa ist in einigen Belangen für meinen Geschmack zu antik, wenn man diesen Begriff verwenden will. Im Bad nicht ganz sauber, schwergängige Armaturen, sehr kleine Dusche, Brausekopf spritzt überall hin etc. Super das Frühstück in der Pasticceria gegenüber, Inhaber recht bemüht, eine Ansprechperson höflich und gut erreichbar. Die 4,3 von 5 kann ich allerdings nicht nachvolllziehen.

Walking distance to Lecce

Lovely garden to sit in and enjoy the outdoors. Walking distance to the old town of Lecce for sightseeing, restaurants... Kitchenette was convenient for making coffee. Very friendly and helpful owner and assistant staff member.

Stay in Lecce

Excelent stay in Lecce in lovely villa/hotel. The Garden facilty was a lovely feature which we used. Breakfast with the locals was something we enjoyed, Our hosts were very hospitalable and helpful in terms of recommendations etc .Good location abut 15 minute pleasant walk to old city Defintiely willl go back to both to the Hotel and Lecce.

Great base for exploring Lecce

Lovely ground floor suite providing a haven of calm on an otherwise ordinary road 10 minutes outside the city walls of Lecce. Wonderful Pasticcotto for breakfast in the cafe opposite. Great base for exploring a beautiful city.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The suite was very large and comfortable. It might not have had all the mod cons that some luxury hunters might require, but it certainly had the character that I appreciated. The service was very friendly and helpful. It is well situated for the old town and the station.

muy bonito

la estancia fue estupenda,la habitación tal cual las fotos. el baño antiguo y con poca presión el agua.el desayuno que incluía era en casa en la cocina que estaba bastante bien, además nos dieron vales para una pastelería muy cercana. tuvimos que pagar las tasas de visitante en mano(2€por persona y día) a pesar de poner que todas las tasas estaban incluidas en el precio. NO INCLUYE EL GARAJE,los dueños nos alquilaron uno en la calle de al lado por 5€ el día. Muy cercano al casco histórico.

Nice stay in Lecce

We had a great stay. Huge room, lovely bathroom, short walk to 'old town'. Sophie and Giancarlo very helpful with map. Suggestions of what to see and where to eat. Great visit

Beautiful room in a stunning old mansion

The house is an oasis of calm from the crazy traffic. It has a secure, gated, lush tropical garden and is a very impressive, stately building. Our room was very spacious with antique furniture and they provided a lovely wooden cot for our baby. We had the use of a kitchen and lounge area which was great. It is a short walk from Lecce old town and we found free, on street parking nearby. The couple that run it live upstairs and were very helpful and friendly.

Prés du centre historique, avec jardin agréable.

L'hôtel est situé tout près du centre historique (5-10mn à pied). Le jardin est trés agréable, la maison a beaucoup de charme, la chambre (petit appartement) est très spacieuse. Le parking est minuscule pour une grosse voiture, on aurait aimé être prévenus à l'avance de l'exiguité des lieux , ce qui nous aurait évité d'abimer la voiture de location. Le paiement par CB nous a été refusé alors que nous avons appris plus tard que l'hôtel disposait de l'équipement nécessaire.

Room was spacious. But this is a B&B, not a Hotel. Usually there is nobody at the place to help you with anything, so even checkin or checkout is difficult to do. The breakfast is not even served in the B&B, they give you a voucher to go to some bar nearby. Almost nothing around in terms of restaurants or shops.
