A good place

The location was a bit of a walk to the center of town, but not that bad. The owners were a young couple and very hospitable, and the breakfast was delicious. I will be returning there for a longer stay in the future, hopefully.

Great location for a Lecce stay

Accommodation was spacious and clean, the staff were very attentive and friendly, breakfast was a typical continental meal and more than adequate. Walking to the old part of the city was under 10 minutes and really easy to get to. On site parking was available for a fee, we chose street parking which was easily available most of the time. Would definitely recommend Aedes for a Lecce stay.

Positive: nice host, gave us an upgrade and did not charge us the extra €15 for late check in (after 19.30), location (close to charming old town, very practical) Breakfast: decent variety and good, bread quality is poor and no toaster offered To improve: mattress is way too hard and we could not sleep. They charge 10€ for parking inside the property (we parked on the street for free by host recommendation)

Quiet, spacious and central.

Lovely old building close to the centre of town but very quiet. Our room was huge, more like a small apartment with a separate space for a small dining table and fridge. The rooms also have fantastic high domed ceilings which make it feel airy. The room had an older antique feel which was nice. Breakfast was lovely in the garden with some homemade cake as well as the usual offerings. There were just 2 minor things for improvement: - check in is from 2:30 but no one appeared until 2:45 meaning a wait outside in the heat - the bathroom was quite dated and the shower head kept slipping off it’s holder. However, they were both minor and overall it was a lovely place to stay.

Ficamos duas noites neste B&B em Lecce, o que foi perfeito tanto para conhecer a cidade quanto para fazer um bate-volta até Otranto. A hospedagem funciona em um casarão antigo, muito bem conservado, com uma decoração clássica que combina com o clima histórico da região. Nosso quarto era extremamente limpo, com toalhas cheirosas, muito amplo e dividido entre um quarto e uma antessala, oferecendo uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro para nossa filha. O banheiro também era grande e confortável. A climatização funcionou de forma excelente e pudemos controlar a temperatura do quarto, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e cordial durante toda a nossa permanência. O café da manhã, embora simples, era saboroso e feito com cuidado. A localização é ótima: a poucos minutos de caminhada do centro histórico, mas ainda em uma área onde é possível circular e estacionar carros com tranquilidade. O B&B também oferece algumas vagas internas, mediante pagamento, o que foi um diferencial importante.Foi uma estadia adorável, confortável e prática para explorar Lecce e os arredores. Recomendo sem hesitar.

MUITO BOM PELO PREÇO COBRADO

Achei muito bom tendo em vista o preço. Fica perto do centro e há estacionamento gratuito na rua. Café da manhã fraco. Como choveu muito em nossa estadia, não podemos desfrutar do belo jardim. Porém, eu voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza. Lecce é uma ótima cidade e o Aedes está muito bem localizado. Só a água que não esquenta muito e é fraca, mas não é uma coisa terrível

Couldn't ask for more!

Two of the friendliest, and most helpful hosts we have ever met! The breakfast was great, also. The location of this B+B can't be beat, as it is right outside the gates of central Lecce, yet the lovely garden and home have a quiet, secluded feel.

Great choice for Lecce

My boyfriend and I were here for a week and we were made to feel very welcome. Rino and Viviana are great hosts who will go out of their way to make your time at their B&B as comfortable as possible. They've also got terrific knowledge of all the places in Puglia that you might care to visit - Otranto, Ostuni, Gallipoli, etc. The location is good - on a quiet side street where just a few minutes of walking will get you into the old town area. Buses for all the major tourist destinations leave from a stop around the corner, where you can also buy tickets, and it's also close to the train station... for easy connections to Brindisi and its airport. The rooms are a good size, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a wide range of homemade local specialities - cakes, breads, pastries - and you can also pick from cheeses, ham, yoghurts and fresh fruit. It's so relaxing to start the day eating your breakfast at tables overlooking the peaceful garden. There's much to enjoy about this place.
