We went there to bring our son to report to Ft Knox. The location was great and the Hotel is fantastic.

I mean it was a hotel like many others. Clean and friendly staff all around. But the one thing this hotel stands out from all others we stayed in is the staff at the breakfast buffet. Friendly, helpful and extraordinary attentive and cares about the guests. If I have a good start in the day, it only makes the day go better.

Stay here whenever I'm passing thru Elizabethtown. It's always a highlight stay on my trips. Excellent staff, helpful and friendly to a person. Cleanliness beyond expectations, etc. etc. If there was a choice of a rating higher than "Excellent," would have chose same.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest hotels we have visited in years. Love it!

We arrived earlier than expected after a looong straight drive from Florida . We were hoping to be able to check in early so we can rest before we went about your day. Every hotel in the area were booked solid for the JROTC event in Fort Knox, which is why we came over. The receptionist was very helpful and told us she would do everything possible to allow us to check in early. After less than an hour, she gave us a call and gave us the good news that we could come in and check in early so we...

We greatly enjoyed our brief stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

My fridge in my room was not operating properly...i brought food to put in the fridge that i had to throw in the trash.

Beds very comfortable. Breakfast very good. Room was quiet even though we were on the first floor close to the front desk.

Clean room

We had an issue with our room and alerted the staff of issue. They were very accommodating and pleasant. They upgraded our room with no questions. Each staff member was so pleasant. They even offered us pizza (from the staff lunch!) Their breakfast buffet was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean! Walked into room and it was very clean and felt like an apartment! We didn't sleep the best because of kids upstairs were running back and forth until late and started again very early. I told the lady at check out and she was very nice and said she would do what she could to fix it!

Pizza and cookies waiting in the lobby, clean room and very comfortable.

for the last 4 years when we go up to and back from Michigan, we stay at this facility. Other than the location (kinda sketchy area you have to drive through with lots of people walking around aimlessly) we will stay here again!
