「Very unkept property and facility. The bedsheet had a urine stain. The front desk who happened to be the manager/owner was nonexistent at the front desk, even when the bell was rang for assistance. I tried to be patient waited a couple minutes each time then a child popped out from the back and went back to let them know I was upfront waiting and it still took a good five minutes to get a response.
