Telefonisch schlechte Erreichbarkeit obwohl auf der Homepage steht, dass bis 22 Uhr besetzt. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen gehören jedoch dringend ausgetauscht. Die Bettdecke und Kissen waren katastrophal,alles sehr einfach gehalten und absolut kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Morgens vor 6 Uhr wurde man durch andere Gäste auf dem Flur geweckt (vermutlich Handwerker) vor Arbeitsbeginn. Die Haupttür zum "Hotel" knallt nach jedem Öffnen ins Schloss. Hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, jedoch stand ebenfalls auf der Hompage, dass Frühstück optional dazu gebucht werden kann und ein Buffet bis 09:30 Uhr zur Verfügung steht. Den war nicht so, wir standen vor erschlossene Tür am Restaurant, kein Personal, kein Frühstück.

Ich habe am 27.05. zwei Zimmer gebucht und auch bezahlt! Da ich spät anreisen wollte, habe ich dort angerufen, aber nur einen Anrufbeantworter erreicht. Da wir in der Vorwoche auch spät anreisten und ich wusste, dass man den Schlüssel hinterlegt bekommt, hatte ich keine Bedenken. Als wir dann nach Mitternacht dort waren, bekamen wir keinen Schlüssel und es war auch niemand per Telefon (Klingel mit Telefonverbindung und Nummer direkt) erreichbar. Ich musste dann 40 Minuten nach Saarbrücken fahren um in einem anderen Hotel übernachten, welches man online buchen kann. Es ist ja nicht schlimm, wenn man abends nicht erreichbar ist, aber dann muss man aber auch die Kontingente bei Expedia und Co sperren! Wir sind aus Thüringen 5 Stunden angereist. Dann ist eine solche Sache ein absolutes NoGo! Zur Unterkunft: da wir in der Vorwoche dort waren, kann ich die hohe Bewertung für das doch ältere Hotel nicht verstehen! Das aber nur am Rande. Mein Geld habe ich noch nicht zurück!!!

Très bien pour 1 nuit

Nous sommes arrivés amer avons dû sonner à l’interphone pour que quelqu’un nous ouvre et nous dise que les clés de chambres sont sur la table dans l’entrée. Pas de réception. Nous avons dû essayer toutes les clés pour savoir quelle clé était pour nous car aucune indication. Malgré cela, chambre spacieuse, propre et endroit très calme dans un quartier résidentiel.

Das Hotel ist von außen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Matratzen waren zu weich. Der Frühstückstisch war sehr schön eingedeckt und das Frühstück gut und lecker .

Einfaches Zimmer aber mit Kühlschrank, großer TV, großes Bad. Haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Nicht gefallen hat uns das Frühstück sehr knapp bemessen war. Wir wurden gefragt, wann wir frühstücken wollten. Antworteten mit 8 uhr und warteten dann die Zeit ab. Hätten auch schon früher gehen können. Das war ein Fehler. Das Bufett war bereits ziemlich übersichtlich. Es wurde nichts nachgelegt und die Gäste, die nach uns kamen hatten gar keine Auswahl mehr.
