Staff was super friendly upon check in & check out. Our room was very clean & had an abundance of toiletries. Other than the guests in the room above us being extremely loud until late in the hours, it was otherwise very quiet. Would absolutely stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The staff charged my debit card for the room even though I had already paid for it through Expedia. When we asked to have it refunded they were friendly and said they took care of it. We never received the refund. I have called over and over again and spoken to 2 representatives who were not able to help. I finally got a call from the General Manager who is condescending and rude. He told me that they did refund my money at exactly the time that I checked out (seems odd that the bank released the funds on a Saturday morning at 8am.... ) He also told me that they don't use a bank account, the money goes in and out directly through the hotel (I questioned this because it's a ridiculous statement, nonsensical), then I asked to escalate beyond him, he said there is no one else beyond him. The hotel is owned privately and all the money goes through the personal bank account of the owner. There is no accounting department, no finance team, no one at all that can help me regain my money. He also hasn't sent me the document from the bank stating the funds were released, even though he said he would. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the fact that it is a close walk to town. It's old, dingy and smells. We were in a pinch when we reserved the room otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else.

Rooms are required to be renovated. Chairs are all scratched and look old, fridge never stops and its sound is disturbing. When entering the room there is a heavy smell like there is no fresh air. Breakfast can also be served in the terrace which is very convenient for summer. Having the door always closed makes very hard your breakfast items to carry to the terrace. We wanted to enjoy the weather and view but had to eat in an air conditioned closed room in front of a TV.

Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Property itself shows its age, and was neither really great nor really terrible. Location is very convenient to all the Leavenworth attractions, and is within walking distance of an amazing array of shopping and dining options.

This hotel was more than we anticipated. The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. You can safely walk within a few minutes to all the attractions in various directions. The breakfast was large and fresh. They have a nice large outdoor deck or indoor dining room both with a mountain view as an seating option.

the hotel was within a 1/2 mile from town square easy walking distance. Very clean and the breakfast was great, lots of choices and very fresh. Staff were very friendly at check in.

Older hotel with some room updates. Room was very small but clean and quiet. A few of updates had been made such as vinyl flooring and new bathroom vanity and flooring. Hotel staff were very kind upon check in. Good location but parking is tight!! Would most likely stay here again.
