「There are some renovations at the hotel, but our stay was in a beautiful brand new, super clean room with an excellent breakfast」

「My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. 」

「The room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just don’t think they were prepared.」

「Terrible Customer Service with the staff!!!!! Check out was a nightmare!! We waited for over an hour and a half for the manager to fix some adjustments but he never came out. The manager's name is Drake and the front desk rep that was NOT helpful at all, her name is Sheryl (could be spelled Cheryl). They also charge a $5.50 parking fee but it's a regular parking lot, not a parking garage or in a metropolitan/downtown area. The rooms smelled musty, damp, and it was rather warm, no matter how low...
