「The hotel is very big. After I parked the car, I found it difficulty to locate where the reception is. I held my heavy luggage and looked around. The direction indicated was not clear. Otherwise everything was good. The staff helped me to find out the room. The breakfast room is very comfortable. 「Every single staff member was welcoming, friendly and provided excellent service, Julian, Gabriel, Maria, Arnault, Luna, Nicolas, Francois mgr, valet, concierge, restaurant etc - nice quiet town, aside from being unable to swim in ocean first few days; the staff & facility (pool helped) more than made up for the inability to swim in ocean which had unfortunate overflow from stadium toilet. 」
