"Hôtel sans accueil mais les codes d accès n’ont pas été reçus. 1h pour joindre quelqu un et récupérer les codes. Poignée de porte défectueuse, nous avons passé le séjour sans pouvoir fermer la porte de chambre, nous n’avons pas eu de chance"
