No a/c. Not a hotel.

This place is advertised as an hotel. It is really Airbnb-style rooms. The room was ok but did not have air-conditioning as claimed.

Total SCAM. They advertise AC and there is no AC and absolutely no communication. They email you with a check in time, and a code and standard lock box code to enter the room. We couldn’t get in as it was very hot out and though we could get through the front entry, we tried for hours to get in our room which they stated was on the “second” floor and the code did not work. Just to find out that they consider the entry (street level) the “0” floor and the second floor was actually on the third floor. We chose this hotel because they advertised it as being air conditioned and there is only an electric floor fan. It was stifling. So we left even though it was too late to get a refund. Luckily, Expedia found us a hotel room with air-conditioning and exchanged it because it was false advertising. No water (unless you pay for the two bottles which were in the refrigerator), no conditioner, no communication. We were trying to contact them for over two hours, with no response ever, we lost a full day of travel. As a former owner of hotels, it is the most unacceptable form of hospitality.

Er was niemand aanwezig in het hotel. Pas na 5 keer telefoneren kon ik iemand bereiken. De toegestuurde code om de poort te openen werkte echter niet. De tweede code werkte wel. De binnenplaats was slecht verlicht waardoor de ingang van het hotel moeilijk te vinden was. Na zoeken en telefoneren werd de kamer uiteindelijk gevonden in een aanpalend gebouw. De kamer was moeilijk toegankelijk wegens een wenteltrap die moeilijk met een valies te beklimmen viel. De kamer zelf was oud en versleten. Het bed was goed, maar de verwarmingsinstallatie maakt de ganse nacht door een luid lawaai van stromend water. Er was echter niemand in het hotel om dit aan te klagen. Ik raad dit hotel dan ook zeer sterk af.

Séjour d'une nuit Bien mais un peu décevant Pas de produit de douche, un bouilloire mais pas de thé et le lit double est en faite 2 matelas simples collés. En revanche bon emplacement et belle chambre décorée. Bon potentiel si les points sont travaillé

Chambre très bien service à revoir

Le portail était en panne et j'ai du attendre 15 min qu'un résident m'ouvre car la personne qui était censée être joignable ne n'était pas. Le tout sous la pluie a 21H30. Sinon la chambre très bien
