Our first room had a problem; they relocated us without a problem. Second room was great and the view nicer too. They area around the hotel (streets) is under construction but it is not too loud nor inconvenient for walking.

We stayed here before a cruise Waking distance to town lots of nice bars Walking distance to shopping mall with all the usual shops for some pre cruise shopping Staff all very helpful Good size room with lovely view Ordered a taxi for short drive to the cruise port which arrived promptly and owner was super helpful to two seniors with too much luggage Would recommend and stay again Merci

We had a wonderful pre-cruise stay at Mercure Le Havre Centre! Great location! We arrived from Paris via train and the hotel was a short walk (10 minutes with 2 large luggage) from the station. On the day of embarkation, we walked to the the cruise terminal (20 minutes on a beautiful sunny day!) The staff was absolutely Super! The room was clean and spacious as well as the bathroom! And the breakfast was as good as you'll find anywhere with numerous options! We definitely look forward to returning!

The stay was very enjoyable and the hotel was excellent, the staff were very friendly. I was there for the Leinster v Racing 92 game. The hotel was a very good location for the stadium. I would stay here again.
