We had a great stay at Le Petit Havre. The appartment was good and nice and the best part is in a few minutes you walk to 1 of the most stunning beaches you will ever see. Follow around the beach the small paths and you will see beautifull places where its not that crowded. Valerie. the owner is a great woman who helps you where ever see can, and also she speaks english! Once again it was a great stay . I had some dates changes, the manager made no attempt to facilitate or help with the situation. Upon finding the shower to working, there was no offer to remit a refund. Due to travel date changes, It turned out the room was only occupied for Nov 28-Dec 1, in spite of this fact we had paid for 7 days Nov 24-Dec 1. Not good. How this property has great review on your site is a mystery to me. I think the location should be reviewed in the future since it seems to me to mis-represent the details for this site. I am a gold member and I am very happy with Expedia however in this case I think you need to be my advocate and help, either with a coupon or credit to get this bad experience behind us.

Cet endroit est vraiment à 3 minutes de la plage. Déçus de notre appartement parce que notre panorama c'était un mur en béton. Valérie a été accueillante et gentille.
Mobilier mangé par les termites.
La structure de ciment douteuse.
Un tas de cailloux qui nous acceuil sur notre "terrasse".
Une grosse pierre qui a pour mission de soutenir la rambarde.

Chambre pas du tout comme sur les photos. Pas d'eau courante, ni douche ou toilettes fonctionelles. L'eau a été coupée deux jours avant notre arrivée, le locateur le savait mais n'a pas avisé. Pas de place de stationnement malgré que l'on disait en avoir. Sale, fourmis.

Le personnel étant Mme. Valérie est tres gentille et accueillante, par contre l’état des lieux est exécrable et delabré et en décrépitude solide. Aucune entretien n’est fait sur le bâtiments et les commentaires qui sont sur Expedia ne reflètent vraiment pas la réalité… nous étions 4 et avons quitté après deux jours, pourquoi 2 jours et bien c’était pour nous donner le temps de trouver autre chose…

Super

On a passé un super séjour en famille. L emplacement est top, à 2 pas d une plage au calme. Nous avons été accueillis par Valérie, une personne tjs disponible et à l écoute. Elle a tout fait pour rendre notre séjours agréable. Sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur nous fait oublier les soucis d eau qu il y a sur l île.

Walk to a beautiful beach nearby! Had a great stay and manager very accommodating. Property needs a few upgrades and better pillows ,sheets and blankets would be nice but all in all a very satisfying time. FYI a beautiful sweet homeless kitty we named Lupe visited daily and we fed her and bathed her eye as well as gave her a flea treatment. If you see her be kind svp.❤️

Un petit Havre de Paix !

Un petit Havre de Paix ! Un grand merci à notre hôte Valérie, elle a été au petit soin avec "nous", c'est un plaisir d'avoir pu séjourner dans sa résidence. Elle a pris note de ce voyage spécial en Guadeloupe et a fait en sorte de nous faire plaisir. La proximité de la plage est un véritable "+" ce qui permet au petit matin de prendre un "bon bain de mer", une situation parfaite. Le logement est parfait, rien n'a manqué. Malgré les coupures d'eau dans l'île, Valérie a prévu des bidons d'eau et possède au sein de la résidence une citerne, ce qui permet de palier à cette problématique. Valérie, nous te remercions pour ton accueil, ta gentillesse et ta bienveillance tout le long de notre séjour. Belle et agréable journée. Au plaisir, Mickaël S.
