「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. 「The property doesn’t look like the pictures, especially the outside. There are stairs into the hotel which is a side entrance so you have to lug your suitcase up and down. Feels very out dated and on the other side of the bridge. For less you can be in the city centre and have the same quality hotel. Rooms are big but not sure if it’s worth it for the extra charge per night. 」
