「Such a tranquil and beautiful place. We had the best night’s sleep for ages because the cave was cool and the air was kept humid to protect the stone. Céline and Stève were lovely - so welcoming. Stève gave us the fascinating history of the place and in the morning Céline had prepared the most delicious home-made breakfast which we ate in the peaceful pretty garden courtyard in front of our cave. Les Troglos is a gem and our stresses melted away.」

「This is a rather basic hotel at a freeway stop, but it works for a place to stay for a night. It would help if there were a way to get to the hotel not by the freeway, where there is a toll.」

「Good choice for exploring the Loire valley, chateaux, town and cities. Loches is a vibrant town with lots of shops and bars. There is a train station right by the residence if you need to get around and don't have a car.」

「Pour le moment ce très bel établissement est en attente d'obtenir le feu vert pour entreprendre des travaux d'envergure ... ce qui sera vraiment nécessaire. Pour ce qui nous concerne tout s'est très bien déroulé .. cependant, nous avons déploré que durant l'après midi l'eau chaude ne soit "accessible" qu'à parir de 18h .. nous aurions été très reconnaissants et compréhensifs si l'on avait bien voulu nous en informer.」

「入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。 整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。 唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。 旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。」

「La chambre est plutot bien décorée mais ça ne suffit pas. La literie n'est franchement par terrible. Le personnel de la réception est vraiment très professionnel et serviable. Gros gros bémol pour la partie restaurant où clairement l'organisation (notamment du diner) est à revoir... on a dû patienter plus de 40mn pour être installés alors que nous avions réservé et que la moitié de la salle était vide... Tout ça pour que 20mn après avoir enfin pu être installé à une table les serveuses...

「总体来讲还不错，房间清洁、大人双人床是大床，酒店在一个村镇边的山坡上。唯一遗憾的是，本来是想体验住城堡的感觉的，谁知道网上提供的泳池景观房不在城堡里面，而在后来在城堡外山脚下新建的泳池边的小平房里，城堡里晚上10点后还锁门，泳池房像为遗弃的孩子。好在当地治安不错，否则我们一定担心死安全问题。因此，想体验城堡住宿的，千万不要订泳池景观房。酒店的早餐很一般。」
