This is a party venue first and foremost. It is a hotel only incidentally. It is only one level, immediately above the noisy party. Complaining to the front desk doesn’t help: supposedly the party venue is under separate management. Stay only if you are hard of hearing.

가성비좋은 식사가능한 호텔

카토비체시내에 있는 호텔보다는 가성비가 좋습니다 적당한(조금은 가지수가 모자라는 듯 한 메뉴) 아침식사(빵.햄.스프.커피.과일)로 하면 되지요 조용하고 깨끗합니다.물은 하나만 주네요 혼자는 싱글2개보다 퀸사이즈 하나가 좋을듯~

Bardzo dobry hotel

Bardzo fajny hotel z super restauracją. Pokoje czyste dobrze wyposażone. Z minusów brak windy i słabo zorganizowane śniadanie. Stoliki nieposprzątane, ciągłe braki ciepłych dań. Pani która obsługuje śniadania również ciągle nie ma.

Nie polecam

Jakość obsługi oceniam przeciętnie a nawet nisko. Po pierwszej nocy pokój nie posprzątany i a łóżka niezasłane. Brak dodatkowych kosmetyków. Nieodmykająca się kabina prysznicowa i zatkany odpływ z brodzika, co skutkowało wylewaniem się wody na podłogę w łazience. Zgłoszenie tego faktu w recepcji przyniosło efekt w postaci interwencji Pani pokojowej, która posprzątała podłogę w łazience. W restauracji hotelowej w sobotę odbywało się wesele, z którego muzyka była wystarczająco słyszalna i przeszkadzała w pokoju nr 105. Goście hotelowi powinni być uprzedzani o tym, że w trakcie ich pobytu jakaś impreza może zakłócać ich sen. Do tego niedzielne śniadanie, w trakcie którego co chwilę czegoś brakowało, a to mleka a to jajecznicy, a to kubków do herbaty itd. Nadmieniam, że na śniadaniu w tym czasie było około 10 gości hotelowych, także bez tłumów. Obsługa restauracji niezbyt mile reagująca na prośby o uzupełnienie braków. Generalnie nie polecam i na pewno przy następnym pobycie na Śląsku wybiorę inny hotel
