The hotel is also in a great location, very close to attractions, for example, we can walk to the Empire State Building! It is definitely a very good choice for family travel! The hotel service is great, the staff are friendly, especially Jason. He helped me a lot.

After arriving at the location, had to call and wait 10 min. for a person to come and open it. The advertised 24/7 front desk is by phone only. The pictures advertised are from another location. They don't have a restaurant, only a location for special events. No A/C on the first floor room. Not ...
