"Roaches on ceiling, cigarette burns in the beds, used and stained sheets & towels, water all over the floor, smelt terrible. Wasn’t even in the room for 2 minutes, my dad is military and slept in horrible conditions, he wouldn’t even step foot in there. They are now refusing a full refund when It was less than 2 minutes!! This place needs to be shut down. "
