"The apartment was located in a separate building from the main hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist only mentioned that “the apartment is in the next building” without properly guiding us to the unit, which could be quite troublesome, especially for families arriving late in the evening.
As the hotel is situated in a relatively undeveloped area and quite far from the town centre, it is understandable that CelcomDigi 5G coverage was very limited. However, the hotel should have compensated for this by providing free WiFi to guests. Unfortunately, the receptionist informed us that WiFi was only available in the hotel’s main building. As a result, the TV provided in the apartment unit was essentially unusable due to the lack of internet access and no connection to public broadcasting channels.
Lastly, having a kitchen without providing a kettle, whether electric or stove-top, felt rather impractical and incomplete.
I hope these areas can be improved in the future to provide a better experience for guests."
