「We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. The check-in process was quite unusual, but it worked really well once we figured it out. The room itself was amazing. It was modern, beautifully clean and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Bologna’s old town. In fact, we were staying in the middle of the upmarket shopping area, surrounded by all the big designer brands like Gucci and Louis Vuitton, which was pretty cool! 「The apartment was fine, kitchen, bed and bathroom are fine. Lots of towels which is nice. The only strange thing was that we booked an apartment that had a specific location that we chose because it was convenient and safe. The apartment we got however was at a totally different location where we did not feel so safe at night. The airco placement right across the bed is not the best since you get a dry mouth and nosebleeds. But all in all we had a good stay and the apartment itself was good...

「The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...
