"Pro- Clean and updated rooms and bathrooms. Great staff. Con- Indoor pool was unheated and chilly. Whirlpool not operational although hot. Operating button missing, emergency button appears broken off and lack of use has the water looking less than inviting. The daily water checklists on the wall for sanitation levels was not clear if ever updated or measured daily. I didnt risk getting in."

"Have stayed here numerous times and keep coming back.. its quiet, beds are comfortable and the restaurant and bar on the grounds is very convenient after traveling several hours. "

"Couches in rooms 107 & 109 are nasty dirty. Brown stain on floor and (seen from door) on underskirt of bed, lock broken on door. Staff were as helpful as possible, changed rooms, couch still gross, then gave extra sheets to cover couch. Staff advised on how to wiggle lock to get it to disengage so door would shut/lock but I was late so staff was helpful and fixed door for me so I could leave room with all my stuff and get to meeting on time. Kids were running in halls on my floor and above so not able to sleep. Appreciated that they had bottled beer for sale on premise. "

"The air conditioning unit was very nosey. The tv we couldn’t get to go to Chanel’s, the bathroom seat is too low for someone that has issues. The pillows are to soft and bed felt slanted to wall that your head was down. The buffer breakfast was good"
