"The receptionist, Eliana, was exceptionally friendly, helpful and good fun. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and quiet. Free REAL coffee 24 hours in lobby was terrific. Coffee machine in room a bit dodgy more than once. And room was a bit cold and didn't respond to the controls. Good, strong hot water."
