"Staff was very attentive and cordial. Breakfast is of a good quality and varied. Location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the world famous Aqueduct. I paid parking but I think it’s not strictly necessary because the surrounding areas have parking available although to your own risk."

"Great location for tourists visiting Madrid with a Metro station and bus station a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only minor complaint is the rooms are really bare bones. No fridge in a warm country seems odd. Bathroom and shower door are also the same which made showering a challenge. However, given the location and how good service was from the staff I would still stay there again."
