There's some good and not so good
We had a fine stay. What we loved about the hotel was the balcony, the sitting garden, delicious breakfast, views of the mountains, friendly/helpful host, and cleanliness. It was also in close proximity to the tram up to Schilthorn or down to Gimmelwald. The hotel was a big far from the Murren train station but Murren isn't that big and you don't have to go up hill. Things we didn't like were the firm bed, it was hard to find the hotel's sign, and the noise. Although it was mid September it was hot and with no A/C we had the windows open. We were woken multiple times during the night and morning by people yelling/singing, having loud conversations, and traffic. For a town with supposedly no cars there was a lot early morning traffic for deliveries and trash pick up.
