Great hotel close to the train station!

I loved my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, and the hotel is an 2 minute walk from the train station!

Ok property for 1 night. Mattress was uncomfortable. My pet hate - plastic and paper cups- even for coffee. That’s what you expect at a 1 star hotel. Room looked nothing like the photos. We only had 1 pillow each. Only positive that the staff were very nice and helpful.

Nice place. There is AC but it does not cool as much as one might want. The staff were great when our first room had issues. The room was changed (and upgraded) right away. The breakfast costs extra. It was very high quality. Ask the price first. Not clear we’d have taken it if we had.

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly, location is near train station, convenient but a lot of weird and homeless people around so don’t feel very safe. Rooms are clean, bathrooms also, in a good condition. The breakfast is the downside, poor, limited and nothing is really tasty. We end up eating at the cafes.

It was a really nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. I felt very comfortable. The room smelled amazing every time I entered it, extremely clean. I might visit again because I already miss it! The only thing that bothered me and my friends, was that there was no dimmed light. The lights are pretty bright.

This lovely « old » hotel is full of wonderful surprises! The atmosphere of the lobby takes one back to an elegant era—elegant staircase, spacious entry area, lovely dining area and tea in the afternoon! When one goes into the bedroom, however, the upgrades to the bathroom and sleeping area are exactly what a traveler needs to be comfortable. The staff at the hotel is first rate, very attentive and prompt to handle a request. Great find!

Clean rooms, but rather smaller and simpler than one might expect from a four-star hotel. Hotel staff were generally helpful with directions. WiFi worked well. Breakfast, at 20 CHF, seemed expensive and was not chosen. The system for storage of luggage for guests arriving before check-in or wishing to leave their luggage at the hotel after check-out needs to be revamped; piling the luggage in a corner of the reception lobby seems less than optimal in a number of respects.
