Long queues, but mostly due to issues encountered by some clients with their bookings. Mine went through hassle-free but I had to queue for several minutes."

My only 3 issues: sun streamed thru the gaps of blinds, bidet was hard to use, tub is not deep soaking. But overall still a great experience as the suite is comfortable and spacious."

"Staff are good and accomodating. Parking is extra and paid another 400 pesos separately that is not mentioned upon booking. Room is smelly, no toilet tissue, must bring your own. Also, there electrical cords/wirings are visible and it has some safety concerns. Overall, all of these gaps must be mentioned upon booking so I can choose the right living space. Be transparent."
